Monica De La Cruz, R-McAllen, met with President Donald Trump last week to discuss the Rio Grande Valley\u2019s ongoing water crisis as Mexico falls even further behind on its water delivery obligations. <br><br>De La Cruz met with the president at The White House last Thursday.
