McAllen, TX – Congresswoman Monica De La Cruz has secured yet another decisive victory in Texas’ 15th Congressional District, overcoming millions of dollars in outside spending to unseat her in this traditionally Democratic region. In 2022, De La Cruz became the first Republican and first Latina from the region elected to a full-term in Congress in over 100 years. With tonight’s historic win, Congresswoman De La Cruz has once again out-performed the district’s Partisan Voter Index (PVI), a testament to her bipartisan appeal and popularity in South Texas.
